For groups with 7 people or more will be split in groups as evenly as possible. Our cancellation policy: No refunds or reschedules on deposits or payments made in full unless we cannot accommodate you due to inclement weather.

Cancellation Policy

The payment for your appointment is non refundable. The only exception would be due to inclement weather at which time you can reschedule within 5 days of the original appointment. Because all sessions are by appointment there will only be a 10 min grace period for being late. After the 10 mins your appointment will be canceled.
