Cancellation Policy
The payment for your appointment is NON refundable. Because all sessions are by appointment there will only be a 10 min grace period for being late. After the 10 mins your appointment will be canceled. The there will be a 5 min grace period for the 30min session . If you ares late the time your late will go against your total appointment time. Each session time included a brief training on how to ride the horses or ATVs. Your ride time will be determined by hour long it takes for you to get mounted and comfortable riding.
